Terms of Service
Last updated 14 September 2026
What the service is
XAudit reports publicly recorded USDT blacklist activity on the TRON blockchain: freeze, unfreeze and destroy events, the balances of affected addresses, and the multisig proposals behind them. It is read-only.
No affiliation with Tether or TRON
XAudit is operated independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Tether Limited, the TRON Foundation, or any issuer or custodian of USDT. Those names belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the public records being reported on.
What we cannot do
We cannot freeze, unfreeze, recover, release or move any funds or any address, and we have no channel to Tether for appeals. Anyone claiming otherwise while invoking this service is not acting for us. We will never contact you asking for a password, seed phrase, private key or payment.
Accuracy
Data comes from third-party blockchain infrastructure and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Balances in particular reflect the last successful lookup, not necessarily the current chain state. Nothing here is financial, legal or compliance advice. Verify anything that matters against the chain yourself before acting on it.
Acceptable use
- Do not present XAudit data as issued by Tether or any exchange.
- Do not use the service to harass, extort or defraud the holders of the addresses it reports on.
- Do not attempt to break authentication, evade API quotas, or disrupt the service for others.
Accounts used this way may be suspended without notice.
Availability
The service is provided as is, with no uptime guarantee. Access may be suspended for maintenance, and account access may expire as shown in your account.
Liability
To the extent the law permits, XAudit is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this service, including losses from data that was delayed, missing or inaccurate.
